Rates

$175-$250 per 50-minute, individual session. 

$200-$275 per 50-minute, couples / family session.

Group Rates

$75-$100 per group session.

Insurance In-Network Services

Insurance Out-Of-Network Services

Please note that I also provide Out-Of-Network services. If you have Out-Of-Network benefits that you would like to utilize with your PPO or POS insurance plan, at your request, I will be happy to provide you with a Superbill at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. This means that you are responsible for the fees at the time of the session. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance company. Please check with your insurance company to review the out-of-network schedule of benefits and whether a co-payment or deductible applies. The services I provide are under the Mental Health Benefits portion of your insurance. 

To be further informed, I encourage you to call the mental health number on the back of your insurance card and ask some of the following questions:

- Does my policy offer mental health benefits?

- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

- What is my annual deductible? Has it been met for this calendar year?

- How many therapy sessions does my health insurance cover per year?

- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

- Is approval or referral required from my primary care physician?

- What is the address or fax number I can send my Superbill to?

- How long is the reimbursement process? 

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted in the form of cash, or credit card. Please note that a credit card form completion is required to be placed on file for contactless processing.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

There is a fee for missed appointments and for cancellations less than 24 hours before an appointment. Some flexibility is provided at the discretion of the provider in allowing one (1) late cancel or missed appointment to account for an acute unexpected illness or emergency.
